Kakraa ("we", "our", "us") operates an online multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that connects independent third-party sellers ("Vendors") with buyers ("Buyers"). Kakraa provides the technological platform and tools that enable Vendors to list products and Buyers to purchase them.

Kakraa is not the seller, manufacturer, or owner of the products listed on the platform unless specifically stated. All sales agreements are strictly between Buyers and Vendors. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Kakraa platform. By using Kakraa, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Kakraa is a marketplace facilitator and does not directly sell or supply products to Buyers unless explicitly indicated. Vendors are solely responsible for:

• Product quality, description, safety, and compliance
• Accurate listing of prices and stock
• Shipping, delivery, packaging, and logistics
• Returns, refunds, and after-sales service

Kakraa is not liable for product defects, delivery delays, Vendor misconduct, or disputes between Buyers and Vendors except where required by law.

Users must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your account details.

• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must notify Kakraa immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Kakraa may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Vendors listing products on Kakraa agree to comply with all applicable laws, policies, and platform rules. Vendors must:

• Provide accurate product titles, images, descriptions, and pricing
• Ensure product safety, legality, and quality
• Fulfil orders promptly and provide tracking where applicable
• Handle returns, refunds, warranty claims, and support
• Pay applicable taxes and maintain necessary business licenses

Kakraa may remove listings or suspend Vendor accounts that violate these Terms or legal requirements.

Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information
• Review product details and Vendor policies before purchase
• Use the platform in a lawful manner

Buyers acknowledge that Kakraa is not responsible for Vendor-provided information or product performance.

Prices displayed on the platform are set by Vendors unless otherwise noted. By placing an order, Buyers authorize Kakraa or its payment partners to process payments on behalf of Vendors.

• Kakraa may charge service or transaction fees to Vendors.
• Kakraa is not responsible for third-party payment failures.
• Order acceptance is determined by the Vendor, not Kakraa.

Vendors are responsible for arranging and managing shipment and delivery unless specified otherwise. Estimated delivery times are provided by Vendors and may vary.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer at the time defined by the Vendor’s shipping policy or applicable law. Kakraa is not liable for delays or failures caused by couriers or Vendors.

Return and refund policies are set by Vendors and must comply with applicable consumer protection laws. Buyers should review Vendor policies before making a purchase.

Kakraa may assist in dispute resolution but is not responsible for issuing refunds unless Kakraa is the actual seller (which is rare and explicitly stated).

Users may not engage in activities that include, but are not limited to:

• Selling or purchasing illegal or restricted items
• Posting false, misleading, or infringing content
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Interfering with platform operations or security

Kakraa may suspend or ban accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.

All platform content, branding, software, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Kakraa. Users are granted a limited right to use the platform for lawful purposes only.

Vendors warrant that their product listings do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Kakraa collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to Kakraa’s handling of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Vendors must use Buyer data only for order fulfillment and lawful communication.

The platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services, payment processors, or logistics providers. Kakraa is not responsible for their actions, content, or policies.

Any disputes between Buyers and Vendors must be resolved directly between the parties. Kakraa may provide optional support tools but does not guarantee dispute outcomes.

Legal disputes involving Kakraa shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kakraa is not liable for:

• Product issues, defects, or misrepresentations by Vendors
• Delivery delays or failures
• Losses arising from unauthorized account use
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Kakraa’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the claiming party within the last 12 months.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Kakraa harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of laws
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Activities related to Vendor listings or Buyer transactions

Kakraa may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations, fraud, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform. Termination does not relieve Users of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Kakraa may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kakraa is legally registered. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
